Thriller opening props and location pictures

The picture above is a shot of the props that our protagonist looks at in our opening, from this the audience are to get the impression that they are some how used for the antagonist to torture his victim.

This is the camera we used throughout our piece which had proven to work very well as it has very good picture quality and a surprisingly good built in microphone which picked up all the diegetic sounds we wanted it to.

This is the mask our antagonist used in our thriller, you may have seen it before as it is from the movie "Halloween" the reason behind using this was that it is a very motionless face, and therefore shows that our villain is a dark person who chooses to hide his real face and instead scare his victims with this.

This is the chair our protagonist was strapped to in the "Torture room" which is in fact my garage which took ages to clear out!

we bought this fake blood from a party shop and worked very well, we chose only to use a small amount however we believe the blood we did use had a good realistic affect.

This is an example of the blood on the floor to create the affect that our character is dragging himself along the floor leaving a trail of blood

This is another example of the blood used, again we didn't go over the top, just enough to leave a good affacet.
